Paw Print Painting Party! (Wagtown Dog Trail installation)

Love pups and love fun volunteer gigs!? This one's for you. We were rained out last time, but expect sunny skies for this date. We will be painting paw prints on the residential Wagtown Dog Trail connecting Highland Park and Cleveland Park.

Watch a quick video and learn more about Wagtown Dog Trails at

Hooray! The first residential Wagtown Dog Trail is about to become a reality! Join us on Saturday, September 7 from 9AM-1:00PM to install the trail right here in Dayton, Ohio.

The one-mile loop will guide walkers along a scenic tour of the architecture and charm of Walnut Hills and Linden Heights. At each end of the trail is a beautiful City of Dayton open green space: Highland Park and Cleveland Park. The route will soon be improved with six new pet waste stations using recycled materials and stocked with used grocery bags. Directional paw prints will guide your way along this tree-lined route.

All of the improvements and have really created energy in the community. Highland Park is getting more regular use now, than it has in decades. All we need now is YOU.

Painting this trail will help the security, safety, sociability, and health of both the Walnut Hills and Linden Heights neighborhoods.

Please bring gloves and a good paint brush. Bring your water bottle, we can refill as needed.

After the work is completed, you'll be treated to free pizza compliments of Pizza Factory. YUM
